For more than two decades, I’ve had the opportunity to work at the center of digital advertising during some of its most defining years.
My career began in Silicon Valley and extended to New York City, where I worked alongside and within some of the most influential technology and advertising platforms of our time. These environments were fast-moving, innovative, and deeply formative. I had a front-row seat to how digital advertising evolved, from early performance marketing to today’s highly sophisticated, data-driven ecosystems.
Throughout those years, one thing consistently motivated me: curiosity.
I’ve always been curious about how people make decisions, how brands earn trust, and how thoughtful strategy can unlock meaningful growth. Working with ambitious teams and growing businesses taught me that paid media is most powerful when it’s paired with clarity, intention, and respect for the brand behind it.
As digital advertising matured, so did my perspective.
I began to see that while technology and platforms continue to change, the fundamentals remain the same. Businesses want to grow sustainably. They want guidance, not noise. They want partners who understand both performance and brand, and who approach strategy with care.
That realization is what led me to start The Uptown Collective.
I created The Uptown Collective as a boutique paid media consultancy designed to bring enterprise-level strategy to growing brands; without the corporate layers. My approach is rooted in experience, but guided by empathy. I believe great advertising can be intelligent without being aggressive, data-driven without losing its humanity, and effective without sacrificing integrity.
Compassion, humor, and forward thinking are not at odds with performance; they strengthen it.
